Senior Cisco Contact Center Consultant (2342)

4 Months Contract in Trenton, NJ 08628

Local candidates and permanent residents only eligible for this role

Rate :- $65/Hr On W2

Note :- ***** Location subject to change -- Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50%

Job Description :-

Cisco Contact Center Routing and Integration Specialist role entails planning, designing, and configuration Cisco ICM integration to third party IVR/ACD applications.
Role will focus on working with client and outsourcer IT resources to integration Cisco ICM infrastructure with vendor contact center routing platforms to drive routing efficiencies through centralized ACD routing, reporting and workforce management.

Preferred Req :-

Minimum 3 years experience in contact center infrastructure design, engineering, implementation, and/or support focused on Cisco ICM, Cisco Peripheral Gateway integration, Cisco Voice Portal/IP IVR
Minimum 3 years experience in project management
Detailed technical knowledge in the of the following areas: Contact Center Routing Platforms (ACDs), IVR and Call Queueing, IP Telephony, Peripheral Gateway and Legacy ACD Integration
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following vendor products: Cisco ICM/IPCC/CVP, Cisco Peripheral Gateways, Nortel Contact Center, Avaya Call Center
Experience with network service providers (e.g., carrier routing for toll services)
Vendor certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., CCVP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
