Mandatory Requirements  :   
Number of Position : One 1. 8 years of experience in providing analysis and evaluation of day to day complex business systems, including functional and technical specifications. 2. 8 years of hands-on experience in analysis and design of business and operational processes. 3. 8 years work experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping and reengineering. 4. 8 years work experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping and reengineering. 5. 8 years organizing and facilitating meetings with executives, stakeholders, teams. 6. 8 years creating clear concise diagrams and documentation. 7. Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing. 8. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision with degree of creativity and latitude. 9. Strong professional skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Desirable Requirements  :   
1. 4 years of experience in Bachelor’s degree in a business field, technical field or comparable business experience, and or extensive experience in business process reengineering for large organizational or functional groups. 2. 4 years of experience in strong analytical, problem identification and process analysis skills 3. 5 years of experience in strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiation skills 4. Knowledge of utilizing technology as an effective solution for solving. 5. Knowledge of Visio and Powerpoint 6. Knowledge of DIR’s TEX-AN and CCTS (Capitol Complex Telephone System) services and solutions. 7. Knowledge of DIR governance and organization 8.
