Mandatory Requirements:
Number of Position : Three 1. A minimum of one (1) year IT technical support experience in Windows Active Directory 2003 management. 2. A minimum of one (1) year IT technical support experience in Windows XP desktop. 3. A minimum of one (1) year IT technical support experience in installation of desktop hardware / peripherals and printers. Candidate may be expected to lift equipment that may weigh up to 50 pounds, or candidate may be required to be down on the floor and to move cables under desks, etc. 4. A minimum of one (1) year experience diagnosing / supporting TCP/IP Networks in a LAN / WAN environment.

Desirable Requirements:
