As Release Process Manager, you will coordinate the release of all projects within the Kroll Ontrack IT group. In this role, you will define, publish, maintain and communicate the release schedule and ensure that all releases and processes are tracked. The Kroll Ontrack Release Process Manager should be a project manager with enough functional experience to understand the components of the release and how their technical complexity will affect the release schedule and risks. You will define all release operational critical components, dependencies, pre-requesites, applicability and sign off status. This may also include coordinating the efforts of resources outside of IT and/or third-party contractors/consultants.
