Duties: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) as it relates to Lotus Notes Domino support and administration; (2) Implementation and upgrades as it reltates to Lotus Notes and Domino including integration and regression testing; (3) Troubleshooting through resolution of hardware and software issues as it relates to Lotus Notes Domino; (4) Lotus Notes Domino administration and management; (5) Backup and recovery of Lotus Notes Domino; (6) Mentoring less technical staff and end-user personnel at all levels in Lotus Notes Domino.
Required:
A verifiable undergraduate degre is a MUST!
4 years of Lotus Notes system adminstration and support ot include 2 full life cycle Lotus Notes upgrades and/or implemenations complimen ted by strong problem solving skills.
MUST have Lotus Notes 8.0 or 8.5 experience and have strong ability to handle multiple issues concurrently.
Must have strong ability to lead initiatives when needed and communicate to various levels of end-user and executive management.
MUST have excellent communication skills.
Pluses: EMC Email Extender, Blackberry integration; Citrix; Sametime: Global experience.
